Everything was clean and maintained. Parking was plentiful. I will likely return for future stays.

The location was great The rooms were very musty. The breakfast tasted like it was cooked from a microwave. There was only 1 person serving coffee and taking food orders and trying to deliver food to the table. The food was left on the counter getting cold while customers are waiting for their breakfast. Separately, I used the ATM onsite and the transaction was approved and then no money came out. I spoke to one of the team members at the check-in desk and they were unsure how to rectify the situation and unclear where the closest atm was located near the hotel.

Stayed just one night before meeting friends for the weekend. Very helpful front desk let us check in a little early, very much welcomed after long flight from east coast. Great location, loved the beach vibe. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I thought the housemaids were excellent, the room was super tidy each day. The front desk staff and the bartender were all very nice. The property is a bit dated, let's face it, could use a spruce up, that's just age.

Good but too slow Aircontitionrr to noisy, and when it turns off as it was in automatic mode (couldn’t be changed), it wake up us every time

Location for Redondo is great being central to the pier and the riviera. We had trouble at check in. The staff were lovely but the started with “unfortunately we have some bad news” they had oversold the hotel and had rebooked us a stay at a local hotel on the PCH highway in hermosa. This was not what we booked at the same level and said for the trouble they’d cover the $15 tax. You’d think for the hassle the bare minimum would be a refund and a free transfer to the down grade hotel. I explained why would they wait until 18:30 at check in to tell me this and not contact me by phone or email and or try and find an hotel at the same level as I’d booked. We chose to be by the water for our last night in Los Angeles not in a road side hotel overlooking an intersection and McDonalds. After I made a fuss surprisingly a junior suite became available on the top floor with a harbour view. That was after 25 minute's of silence at the check in without telling me what was happening. Overall the place was nice staff were friendly trying to fix their problem. Room was clean and everything we needed. Not much of a view of the water in all honestly.

Conveniently located near the beach. This boutique hotel felt safe and the rooms were clean. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The location was quiet with a scenic view and a relatively convenient drive to and from the airport. The property was clean and the staff was very pleasant. I enjoyed my visit and would stay again.

Bed was very comfy! Room included refrigerator & microwave. Small elevators

The location is perfect close to many restaurants, the Pier and it’s just beautiful.

The location was convenient. Unfortunately, due to a large rainstorm, we had water in the room along the wall.

Staff was friendly, however the girl checking us in was new and couldn’t find our reservation. The room we had was okay, with a pool view but the toilet seat looked damaged and melted?

The location is great! The room was right by the ice machine. It was not the room we booked, but due to construction we were moved to a room with queen beds, not a king. It smelled mildewy. The caulk in the bathroom was coming off. Not great. They did comp us one night of the parking fee.

An absolute delightful stay

Location was good. Room was not comfortable and was not updated. Hallway was hot and room had an air vent right at the bedside and was extremely uncomfortable. Very poor lighting in the bathroom. Our friend’s room had ants. Very disappointed.
