The staff was great!!! helped with everything I needed !!! Promptly!! Very safe property and (location) Room size was good. king deluxe , wish I got one with a balcony Rooms are a little dated With some investment in room makeovers They will probably raise the prices For the location also clean and safe it's one of the best bangs you will get for your buck!!! Elevator was useful I was on 3 Rd floor and wife packs a lot for 6 days I would stay again And upgrade my room next time Had the best vacation ever , e bike the coast , concerts in downtown la, Paddle boarding And all the restraunts Love Redondo beach

Absolutely bad, I don’t recommend at all

Great location near the Redondo Pier, they were flexible with check in time which was really appreciated. The bed and pillows weren’t super comfortable so I’d suggest they invest in that to improve customer experience. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

It was well located and convenient to shops restaurants and the Pier. The Inn is clean and the staff were polite and respectful. It was quiet and well lit outside as well as indoors. The room window are in the hallway where people walk to their rooms so there is no privacy when you open the curtains! Missing natural light. They didn't have basics like hangers in my room and I had to request them! Update sockets and positioningn of them. The AC is old and made a lot of noise! The furniture is dated and the color theme a bit too dark and gloomy. The towels were poor quality and the sheets needed to do a sanitized wash to get rid of past guest body odor. For the price point per night, they could do better to improve on guest stay experience.

Exactly what you expected effort that price

Staff. Pool Location People upstairs in room above me were too noisy walking around like idiots from 3:00 to 5: 00ish a.m. one of my 3 nights here They're gone now. Hooray! NOTE: II can't blame the hotel for not handling it since I didn't complain (I almost did) Really does NOT seem noisy here .

It was clean and clearly newly remodeled. The bedding was clean, the water was hot in the shower, we liked the shower dispensers, and the beds were very comfortable. I favorite part was no carpet! I wouldn’t say I disliked the property, but based on my first impression from the outside, I thought I had made a bad choice. But upon entering the room I was surprised to find that the owners had placed a lot of effort into remodeling. The rooms were updated and felt more so upscale than what I had expected.

Clean and nice

The location was great!! The parking is convenient and free. The cleanliness was ok. It’s an old hotel with new paint and no amenities. I’ll stay again just to have a place to sleep and then leave early.
