Clean and convenient location

Easy access from 390; close to shopping and restaurants. Well maintained facilities.

Quick and easy check in with Kate, who was very pleasant! Room was clean and comfortable. Wine glasses and silverware pulled from the cabinets were dirty, I put them in the dishwasher. Otherwise, all was good.

Several things in the room were not working correctly and took half out stay to repair (including a bathroom light). Difficult to get things such as replacement linens. Trash was not removed from our room for the entire duration of our 4 day stay.

Honestly it was awful. The general manager Sam was incredibly difficult to work with. They were short staffed and also the staff was telling me things were approved when they actually were not. On top of that. Expedia also told me that my refund was going to be approved. And by the morning it wasn’t. Between Expedia and the general manager, I’ve never felt so unappreciated and under valued as a customer. To both of you I was just a price tag. I never want to used either Business ever again. The manager literally took my phone and was arguing with Expedia about how he doesn’t want to lose money right in front of me. And basically me having a family emergency meant absolutely nothing as long as he got money. It was disgusting how he treated us. On top of that, the rooms are bare minimum for the price. The bathtubs are yellow, and there are bugs inside the lights. Never staying here AGAIN.

We stayed at this same hotel in June and liked it enough to come back, but never again.

I enjoyed my weekend the staff was friendly and my room was neat and clean. I really appreciated the welcome I received with my name on the TV screen when I walked in the door. I have no concerns or complaints at this time. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The pull out couch mattress most definitely needed to be replaced, it was stained and flimsy.

We had been traveling for nearly two weeks, and on the previous two nights, our hotel accommodations were very unsatisfactory. It was such a relief to check in to our room here and find it so lovely and clean and comfortable. We were very happy!

Lovely staff, Great suite with a good kitchen. Lovely breakfast set up! Coffee table set up tired, needed replaced. Suite next door very loud throughout night. Could not sleep well. I don’t know why I didn’t call desk.

I loved how spacious the suites were and the breakfast was excellent!

Wonderful welcome from a real ambassador for the Hilton brand Room smelled a bit drainy. Helped when we put the plug in the sink of the kitchenette

The room was clean and quiet. Homewood room layouts really suit us - gives a roomy feel that we like. The pull out coach isn't really comfortable.

Staff at front desk ( during check out) - female was very rude and unprofessional. Room was not clean- dirty sheet on sofa bed. Reservation extension was cancelled but hotel did not release incidental hold.
