The lady at the front desk was really nice, but the property was outdated and old. Repairs need to be made.

Nothing worked at all

The motel’s outside was kept up very well. The inside was clean, it’s just an older hotel. We stayed in a handicap accessible room and the carpet was ripped and the b bathroom door was messed up and wouldn’t close. But it was clean and the staff was very friendly

Rooms were clean needs new furniture and definitely need cleaner hallways and new carpet besides that rooms alright and good breakfast

None of the equipment in the gym works. The front desk lady that worked the morning is poor with customer service. The night or evening time front desk lady was nice and helpful.

We had to switch rooms 3 times due to air conditioning not working. Staff was very helpful with this. The pool was not in service and it was over 100 degrees out so the pool would have been nice. We had a suite and you couldn’t get half the tv channels in the bedroom.

The clerk apologized and offered points for next stay... I left very upset because their cleaning staff shouldn't be going through client's belongings period. Offering me points does not give me a sense of security...

The stay was ok. The rooms are old and there is paint peeling on the roof and walls. The carpets in and out of the rooms is old and stained. The rooms don't get the type of cleaning you would expect because its an extended stay. The staff never said another word after check in, even tried to talk to the housekeeping and the kitchen staff nothing. The worse part was catching the norovirus from some of the food served during our stay.

The pool was extremely cloudy and the chemicals were off. There were also swarms of bees at all entrances to the pool itslef, these made it impossible to use it! I tried to extend my stay and was told I have to put up a whole new additional deposit!

There was absolutely NOTHING good or nice at this property. The hotel is disgusting! Do NOT stay here! We had to move hotels, thats how gross it was!

The staff was kind but the first room we were put in was very dirty. Though, we did get a better room. We wanted to use the pool but I was not working and green. The whole hotel is pretty ill maintained. Mind you we’re weren’t expecting luxury but it could’ve been atleast clean

We were told that arrival time was 3 pm. I showed up at the 3 pm arrival time and was told that nothing was available and that it would be another 15 minutes. I gave them 20. Came back inside and was told that it would still be more time as they were still cleaning the rooms and that it would be another 15 minutes. Long story short we got into our room around 3:50. Room was very poorly maintained. There was mold on the top of the shower backsplash, what looked like blood splatter on the mattress cover, and a big brown stain on the pullout mattress. Also noticed several small roaches over the couple days we were there. Air conditioning on the room was very very loud and did not seem to keep the bedroom very cool at all as the living room grill was pointed directly at the thermostat. Housekeeping showed up at 6 pm the second day were there. We had just gotten back from an activity and were napping before going out for dinner. She knocked once and then attempted to awkwardly barge in over and over again. I opened the door for here and she began talking to me in Spanish and I just told her we needed to swap out towels. She handed me two trash bags and expected me to change the trash out for her. Overall our stay was ok. Cleanliness and maintaining of the building are the two main negatives that drove my review down a lot.

Loved everything about the property. From entering to leaving.

Had blood on the walls in our room and the hallways had a very bad odor. The whole place needs work and could use a good cleaning. Wouldn’t ever stay in one of their suites again.
