Beautiful property and very fun (and comfortable) rooms.

Enjoyed the quiet grounds and pool the most! In-room lighting could be improved. Need a small cabinet/shelves in the bath to store unused towels so can spread out wet ones to dry on the available racks, so consider more towel bars?

A hidden gem! I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely book here again!

Only stayed one night so we weren’t able to enjoy all of the amenities…next time, a 2 night stay for certain! Yes. We will be back! Carla Ann & Don

We love staying at The Ruby! This is our fourth stay. The property is well maintained, relaxing and just a few blocks from downtown Roundrock. Whenever we go for our Dr appointments we stay here because there is no wall to wall carpeting in any of the rooms, only area rugs. We have allergies and carpet is a big NO for us. The rooms are very nice, clean and stocked with some goodies for your to enjoy during your stay. Surprisingly, the prices are decent compared to what other hotels charge. The staff is attentive to the needs of their guests and it is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Brushy Creek. I only wish they would figure out a way to install a lift of some type to get to the second floors. Even if you are not elderly or have a handicap, it is a little cumbersome to get your luggage up the steps and they don't always have ground floor rooms available. Other than that, this is a WONDERFUL place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay, excellent, loved the pool, next time we will book a room overlooking the creek. Definitely be coming again. Staff in reception and bar were amazing, wonderful hospitality

Nice room, clean and beautiful view of the creek.

Cleaning staff repeatedly came in to clean room despite me telling them not to and had room til 1pm yet 3 times people walked in .. I had tired children from a long haul flight and it disrupted them
-
I enjoyed the spacious well maintained grounds. The pool area was a nice shady place to hang out although a bit small for serious swimmers. Rooms nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Only complaint here was with low shower water pressure but this is probably due to drought restrictions on shower heads. Overall positive experience and would stay here again

Amazing place to stay! We will be back!
-
Nice to have a view of the creek. The bar has surprisingly good burgers. I would recommend the Old Fashioned.
-
Very eclectic and private, such a cute hideaway!

Meh. I don’t understand how this property is a 4-star property. My biggest issue was the AC not working properly. The unit was set to 63 but I had to call the office for assistance because it was warm in the room. Staff arrived with a temperature reader in hand - it read 70 degrees. His recommendation was to use a fan, which they provided. This isn’t something that I have ever experienced at a 4-star hotel!
-
did not use the pool or the restaurant so amenities were not a big deal to me. We had a great stay.

An amazing hidden gem located in Round Rock. Shhh, don’t tell anyone.
-
This was just a rest stop on a road trip, so we only stayed one night, but we absolutely loved it. The staff were very nice and helpful, and our room was so cute. We really loved the balcony and the view. I will absolutely stay here again!

Second time staying at this property and loved it. The TV doesn’t work so bring a Roku if you can! Bed is super comfy and everything was super clean and nice and HVAC WAS AMAZING. Wish there were more kid friendly options at the restaurant/bar but we made the best of it. 10/10 would recommend!
