Days Inn by Wyndham St Augustine/Historic Downtown

Conveniently located to the downtown area. Our only complaint is we had to replace our room key for times. Pool looked inviting but too cold to enjoy

The one cup of coffee i had at the front desk was good. Location was as advertised but at least the welcome center was across the street. 1. The hotel was not Wyndham standards to call this a Wyndham hotel it is absurd. 2. There were mosquito in the room. So many it was insane and with Dengue being rampant this season, seems quite careless. 3. The drains didn't drain properly, was a bit gross. 4. The room smell moist but the bathroom oh goodness it smelled like a rat had died in there, the room was cleaned but that lingering smell stayed. It was odd and pretty disgusting. The bathtub was somewhat clean but the underside of the wall was mildewy/moldy. 5. No safe but I guess that is asking a lot after seeing the hotel/motel standards. 6. Barely any light in the room, unless i open the curtain which allowed anyone outside to see us inside we could barely see.

the hotel's location for all the tourist attractions is great. The hotel is a 10min walk from olde town trolley's stop 1. The attached Denny's is great for a quick breakfast and parking at the hotel was free, unlike many of the surrounding hotels. The ac unit in our room was very noisy and once turned on did not turn off. We tried several temperatures and keeping all other settings on auto but it ran all night and you had to shout over it to talk to each other. The positive of the ac noise was that it did mean you couldn't hear cars or people outside.

Location is great if you don't mind walking. Don't have to deal with paying to park. It is at quieter end of town. 4th time here. Had a bug problem. So 1am I went to office to change rooms. No bugs. It was cheesy of staff not to follow up next day. Or offer to knock something off my bill for the inconvenience. I will not stay again.

Room was clean except they left an old washcloth over the shower curtain. Although clean the rooms are old and need some updating. Air conditioner was constantly on with it being in the 60s outside. We reported that the AC might need some maintenance. The TV did not work. We mentioned it to front desk clerk but decided not to have someone repair when we were not in attendance. Location is good..12 min walk to St. George Street. Reasonably priced and you absolutely get what you pay for.

The location is great I like that it has a Resturant for late night munchies

the lighting was good, wifi was great, tv was good, Hot water was great. The staff at times were not friendly. Insulted my daughter by telling her she was confused in a discussion about tickets to the tour which you were supposed to be able to buy their, but could not because the person who could handle that was out. The biggest problem was a person with a pass key tried to enter the room, no announcement of who he was, the safety latch kept him from entering. That's a good way to get injured if not killed. I contacted the front desk and they said it was a mistake. They had received a complaint that the tv in their room was not working and the room number they gave was wrong because it was my room number. Needless to say not much sleep.

The location of the property was excellent! And, having access to Denny’s was a bonus. The staff there were friendly regardless of the time and the food came out hot and in a timely manner. However, the hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which was very disappointing given that everyone else in the city, we encountered, were more than friendly. With regard to the room, it appeared to be very clean, but over the course of a two night stay, we killed five or more roaches. I am sorry to say I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff attitude was terrible and the roach problem needs to be addressed!

The location Floors made my daughters feet black. There was jizz on the bed skirt. Found multiple roaches during our short stay.

I stay at this property every time I visit. It's safe, clean, and within walking distance to most attractions

The service was very good, the only problem was that there were a few roaches, crawling around on the walls and bathroom. Other than that, everything was fine.
