The staff were very pleasant and the hotel looks very nice , the rooms are quite large and have most mod cons. The pool is sizable and clean and towels are provided The hotel s located between a 4 lane road and railway line. The road is in constant use and very busy during the day creating a lot of noise . The railway is also used 24 hours and at night you can hear and sometimes feel the trains. The aircon is very noisy and the you can hear conversations occurring outside of your room. The pool is adjacent to the road so no quiet relaxation going on there

Nada This place is nothing like it looks in the pictures. Don’t be fooled — this is NOT a hotel; it’s a MOTEL. My experience was absolutely terrible. You can hear everything happening in the room next door, and unfortunately, I had two drunk and high people next to me who were screaming and making noise all night. No one did absolutely anything about it. They were both inside the room and outside in the hallway, making an unbearable amount of noise. I couldn’t sleep at all, and the person at the front desk did nothing to help. On top of that, this is definitely not a hotel. The facilities are in poor condition, the pillows were probably the worst I’ve ever experienced, there is a strong smell of dampness, and everything has an unpleasant odor. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

It was fine. The room was ok. There was a weird smell in the reception area and room. The entire facility could use a renovation.

The staff and the location was convenient. It was next to the Visitors Center , where we were able to buy tickets and jump on the shuttle to start the day and dropped off after our tour . The faucet was messed up , the tub shower curtain caused water on the floor , and the TV remote was very confusing . I was told that many people have the same issue .

This was our first time staying at the property. Very easy to find and staff was very helpful when we got there. Just FYI, always check with any hotel or motel if there is an additional property or Resort fee. We booked for one price but when we got there it was an additional $15 a day. This was not the fault of the Hotel this was the fault of me not checking carefully. They had coffee and water in the lobby starting at 6:30 and they offer restaurant dining on the weekends only. They have a nice ice machine off the lobby of the hotel and they also offer free DVD rentals just talked to someone at the desk. As for our room the king size bed was very comfortable and the pillows were some of the best we had all week. I also was a huge fan of the shower and the shower head. There was an ice machine in the room but it didn't end up working very well so we made sure we let them know as soon as we got there. Also room is equipped with DVD player flat screen TV refrigerator and microwave. AC also works very well. The only thing with this hotel is it is on US1 and if you're walking anywhere there is a bit of a walk to a set of Lights to cross the road. Just keep that in mind. But it is also right next door to the Welcome Center in case you'd like to take the green trolley around Saint Augustine

The room was very humid. Probably had old mold, although it seemed clean. Wouldn’t stay here again. The old man at the front desk was very rude. Short and unwelcoming.

Incredibly kind and attentive staff. Rooms much much larger than you would anticipate, we had plenty of space for us to spread out without feeling crowded. Great location close to downtown area and very accessible.

The apartment is spacious and smells fresh. It is close to the city center, within walking distance. Excellent service, with an attentive and helpful staff. Although the apartment was very good, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The cleaner didn't remove the dust from inside the coffee maker, and the soap and shampoo holder still had residue from previous guests. The floor was extremely dirty; when we went to clean up some water that had spilled, the towel we used came away very dirty. The hotel manager needs to check the cleanliness of the rooms.

There would be condensation on the floors if the a/c wasn't cold enough. The hot tub didn't work. The bathrooms were extremely small. No breakfast. Other than that, good price and the pool area was nice.

Central location or pretty close. Train track behind the property that wakes me up 3 times. No breakfast.
