The pictures on the advertisement look amazing. Unfortunately those pictures are not of the rooms

The location of the property is great, and the staffs were nice. However, the property is quite outdated and need major renovation. One of the biggest concerns during our stay was the strong marijuana smell in both the hallway and inside our room. I'm aware that this is legal in CO, but we were traveling with a toddler, so it was a concern for us and make the stay less comfortable. Also, no microwave in the room, only one in the first floor near from lobby!

It’s a little outdated but you get what you pay for in Vail 200$ does not get you a nice hotel. Lesson learned

Very good

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was very clean and the food was excellent

This is an older hotel in Vail. Very large property. I think it's a great value for what you get. The property is definitely older, but our room was clean and comfortable. Easy parking which is huge in Vail. Great location as it's right between Vail Village and Lion's Head...you can walk easily to both. Really nice Bar and Grill and what looked to be a pretty yummy Indian restaurant on location. Great pool and jacuzzi. This is one of the better values in Vail I think. We would definitely stay here again. Ask for a room that faces the mountains. The other side has some I-70 traffic noise.

No microwave in room

Good location in vail. The staff was attentive. The actual lodge could use an upgrade.

Location- right next to Vail Surgery Center
-
Decent spot for the price

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was closed the first night because a moose got into it and they had to rebalance the chemicals, or at least that’s what the front desk told me! We swam the next day and it was great. It’s so nice to have a heated pool! We enjoyed the hot tub, too. The room was clean and the location was great. It was a quick walk to Lionshead and the bus stop was conveniently nearby. There is no AC but there was a high quality fan in the room. The one negative thing was that the lobby/ground floor smelled like gas the whole weekend. It was like they put out the gas fireplace but didn’t turn off the gas. It was overwhelming. Even so, we’d definitely visit again.

Great location, Room was very nice and spacious, the staff was unbelievably nice and there’s ample parking as well

Clean but dated. The location is good which is a plus. The pool looked good although we didn't use it It suited our purpose which was a short stay at a reasonable price

MATRESSES NEED UPGRADE

Hotel is a bit rundown. The pool looked cloudy so we didn’t get in. Walls were thin and the highway noise when our balcony was open made us want the door shut most of the time. Didn’t feel worth the price we paid. Free parking was nice.
-
Close & convenient to all of Vail. Wonderful beds! Mountain View. The Evergreen is getting old. Paint chipping, . The place looks tired.
-
didn't really have time to use outdoor pool or weight room. Had to get back on the road. Great value.

Loved the location! Rooms were clean

Pool was locked, even though we were told it would be open. Rooms a dated. Beds where still. Good price, but it seems like they are deferring maintenance.
