Breakfast is exceptional- but they ran out of things each day that we were there, didn’t have yogurt at all one of the days, fruit gone unless you were there in the first half hour. Croissants were plentiful and perfect!

The location is in the middle of vail village. The room had a creek side balcony which we loved. They also had storage for our e-bikes. Everything was within walking distance, and I was able to ride up vail mountain ebike. Also, a bear made a visit to a tree in the village. See the picture. The bed was a little soft for us, but I like a firm mattress.

In the heart of Vail Village. The employees were wonderful, room clean, location fantastic. Nice to have breakfast in the morning. (Wish they had some more GF options, but that's just me.) Will stay again!

This is our go-to hotel when visiting Vail. Smack in the heart of the village with underground parking. The newly updated rooms are amazing and we go with Mountain View. Gorgeous views from the deck, pool and hot tub! I’ve been a business traveler for 30 years and have never experienced such a wonderful hotel staff. From the welcome desk to hotel management, they truly care about our stay! I can’t recommend the Sitzmark enough…you won’t regret it. And the homemade daily fresh cookies are a bonus!

We extended our stay and paid premium price but had to change suites. They promised the room would be done very first thing in the morning for the transfer since they couldn’t keep us in our original king suite overlooking the creek. It is now 2:00 and have been told 3x that “our room would be ready in 20 more minutes”. Over and over. The female working just smirked because she knew she did not do anything and the man working just lied again about our room being ready. Also, the soaps and conditioner are watered down.

Great location. Staff was really friendly. Our room was nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. We self parked in the underground ground lot and it worked out nicely. Warm cookies in the lobby in the afternoon was a nice touch!!

If there’s anything that would keep me from coming back it was the beds. I’m a fan of a firm mattress and these beds were as soft as water beds. My wife and I actually laughed at how much we sunk into them. If you are like me and struggle to sleep on soft beds, this hotel may be tough on your sleep!
