Rooms are very roomy ! Excellent place and close to everything within walking distance.

Beautiful room and lodge. Very comfortable, elegant, spacious, and quiet. Bathroom was large and attractive with all the amenities. Loved the fireplace and large windows.Greg helped us move our luggage to the room, which was available early, to our weary delight. Exceptionally clean. King size bed was wonderfully comfortable. After checkout, staff discovered my husband had left his insulin in mini fridge and delivered it to us before we left the lobby. Truly felt like a refuge after leaving Oktoberfest in Breckenridge!

Enjoyed my visit completely, they even put the grand room fireplace on for us at night and in the morning !

We did not partake in the breakfast $14 for a croissant and juice is insane Property advertised AC. We had a janky portable ac unit with a hose we had to stick out the window that didn’t fit and didn’t cool the room. We were charged a resort fee but none of the amenities worked. No e bikes, all broken aside from 2 for the entire hotel, peloton broken, and the valet damaged my tire and rim. I asked for the resort fee to be removed because the amenities were not available and after arguing with 4 employees they gave us a whopping $10 back. For a property advertising as a resort in vail Colorado, they should be embarrassed. The manager said he wouldn’t refund the resort fee because there was drip coffee in the lobby and WiFi available. Hallway coffee and WiFi can be found at $40 motel 6 - it was ridiculous.

Tivoli is a beautiful lodge. Staff was always very helpful when we arrived and upon departure. Our room was excellent. Location is very close to restaurants and shops. Walking paths were just outside the lodge. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The bathroom was not what was shown in the Hotels.com website. I purchased the mountain view room with a fireplace. In the photo's it showed a much larger bathroom with a double shower head shower. One for each person. That was not the case. It was a single shower head non spacious shower. The fire place did not work the first not and the maintenance person "just left" for the night. I chose this room for the fireplace and the oversized bathroom/shower for my wife. for the price I paid for each night of the trip, I figured I would get what I purchased. Again not the case. Also, it wasn't until I checked in that I was informed that valet parking was $45 a night. When I went back to my reservation on hotels.com, I had to dig deep to find it on the site that this hotel has it. Theres no parking otherwise you have to walk from a parking garage about a half mile away. So heads up on that. The front desk staff was somewhat friendly. The valet driver worked his butt off. Overall we. had a nice stay but I had high expectations for the cost I paid and it came up a little short.

Good location Left a jacket and it was not turned my maid service. First room had a portable ac unit that was large and the curtain wouldn’t close. Room was dark and musty. We did move.

Lovely setting. Easy walking distance to Vail Village. Beautiful building.

The lodge was in a good location. Very short walk to the village, shopping, restaurants and Gondola One. The valet and check in process was smooth. We were there in September for one night only and booked this for the low price. The lodge is older. Some of the finishes are worn out looking. The bar was closed due to lack of bartender. The amenities are not luxurious. It suited our needs for the night (or several nights would have been fine). However, if you are looking for a luxury stay, this is not the place.

This year’s stay was sadly not very good. The staff member checking us in was very dismissive and rude. The room looked tired and worn but was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

Location and the lobbies ambience. We found out the hotel was pet friendly, so we asked for a room that did not have pets in it. They said your room 419 has had no pets stay in there. Not true….dogs had scratched the door frame in the bathroom from the floor to about 15 inches up. Luckily none of the allergies kicked in, but don’t trust them. They charge you $45 for valet parking and there’s no way around that and I was ignorant because I didn’t click on all their amenities in the booking app to find it was listed in the very bottom as a hidden fee. They said breakfast was optional but you would have to pay for that. Manager Carlos and Donovan were not sympathetic to my ignorance on extra guest charge for valet parking during off season times and showed disdain and were very condescending. They acted like allergies to dogs didn’t matter and they did not extend any sympathy for their errors. I would never stay at this hotel again because they are not service and customer oriented.

Location The elevators and common areas smelled like animal urine. I was told valet parking was $23.00 (which is ridiculous) when I checked in and then charged $45.00 at check out. The lounge area was closed. So the amenities that drew us to the hotel were not available. The employees were very nice and upgraded our room when the TV didn’t work.

One of the nicer places I have ever booked from hotels.com. The building is at an excellent location with easy walking to all of Vail Village. Very nice hot tub and patio out back facing green space and walking trails. The lodge is very nicely appointed with very heavy wooden doors and nice furniture. I can't imagine a better place to stay. We were there in September so no skiing, but the Gopher Hill lift is a very quick walk from the hotel as is the Gondola.

Great location, great amenities, great staff and service. Big rooms and very comfortable bedding.
