Don’t stay here nasty and dangerous

The hotel in its entirety was subpar, but had a quant look. The room was clean but the bathroom was less than what I would expect from a Marriott hotel. The shower didn't look clean, the shower curtain was disgusting and even though there were plenty of towels there was no soap, shampoo, body wash to be found anywhere, there was plenty of conditioner though.

I got into a car accident while staying at the hotel. They went beyond the call of duty to insure I made my flight by literally accompanying me to the airport. Unbelievable service in this day and age.

I was very disappointed with our room everything was very old. Check in was 3pm we got there almost 5pm the room wasn't ready.

After traveling all day, I was told there wasn't any rooms available when I arrived. So I had to wait around for at least an hour until they finally got one for me, which by the way wasn't the room I booked but I was so tired and desperate I took it anyway. Unacceptable when I planned and paid for a room. The staff wasn't helpful and didn't offer any sort of compensation either. Also, there was no hand soap in my room, which was odd and annoying. Not the worst experience, but certainly not good either.

There was a wait to get into my room but the staff did what they could to speed up the process.

This was the dirtiest, mold smelling, and lumpiest bed & hotel I have ever been to. This should not even be labeled a Marriott property.

The room had a terrible smell, as if the carpet had been wet and left out without drying properly. The sheets also smelled really bad and looked very dirty. Due to the unpleasant smell and the condition of the room and bed, I checked out early.

My stay at the Columbus Airport Marriott was one of my worst Marriott experiences. This property is desperately in need of a remodel as it has to be 30 or 40 years without any updates. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member and this was my worst experience in my last few years. Please update this property or downgrade the rating and Marriott flag. Hopefully someone from corporate reaches out to help this property!

We booked two rooms in Columbus for our niece's wedding. The rooms were clean, with a king bed and living room, but felt humid, so I had to open the door for fresh air. They don't provide a microwave; I was told it's not allowed because they want guests to eat at the restaurant. The breakfast isn't free. I would stay again at this hotel.

Very Clean Hotel & Room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating even after I had issues with payment. The airport shuttle was courteous and convenient. I enjoyed breakfast at club lounge because staff there was so positive and kind. All around great experience.

I loved it was so much fun w my family
