The hotel was wonderful except the bed was very uncomfortable. Amenities are very nice, but the bed is the most important item to traveler. A poor night of sleep can ruin a vacation.

The room was hot because A/C was not working properly, but management moved us to another room and everything was perfect!

Great hotel. Spacious rooms. Some good food options around the area as well.

The front desk woman is rude. Second time I have stayed here and both times she was so unpleasant. My bathroom smelled like sour mop; however, a nice gentleman at the front kindly let me switch rooms and the second one was fine.

The room was ok. The fridge was broken and there was trash in the shower from the previous guest. The staff was very helpful.

easy to check in /out. Relaxing atmosphere clean loved they had a buffet breakfast which made it super convenient at feeding the family. Feels like home away from home Have a traveling brochure or something that gave visitors ideas on things to do around town

They charged for parking, which was not previously disclosed. They also had a no parties policy that other guests clearly violated on my first night.

I usually stay here during my visits to Columbus. The last couple times there have been limited extra pillows and blankets that can be brought to our rooms. During this last visit I didn’t have the bedding for the pullout couch or wash towels. 2 of the elevators weren’t out of service during my 2 day stay.
