Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Airport

Bathroom had rusted material as well as the mold on the wall. The furniture in the room had a ton of different stains. The phone did not work to call the front desk. Only one outlet worked in the whole room worked. Elevator wasn’t working. I told the staff multiple times about these issues and nothing was adjusted during my stay for the whole weekend. I will not come back

Bathroom fan very noisy/TV didn’t work, we called the front desk and they told us to power cycle it, that didn’t work, so I looked on the back of the and it was a mess of cables. I noticed that the antenna connection was put on wrong, so I reattached it. They didn’t offer to send one of the facilities people/no coffee available in the lobby/beds were uncomfortable/ - not an enjoyable time

Front desk was great. Shuttle on time and super friendly Shower Door opened to inside and one had to turn water on once inside

Nothing I did not like that you had to pay for breakfast. I did not like that online says they have a pool . When we got there they said they don’t have a pool . WiFi didn’t work tvs didn’t work

I have written a letter to Marriott customer services but no response as yet, avoid this hotel if you are expecting good customer service, will not be booking with Marriott ever again.

the cooling system which was basically window units made such a loud noise everytime it kicked on it woke me up

Room was sub-standard, shampoo dispenser didn't work, room did not seem clean.

First impressions mean everything. We got in on a late flight. Shuttle was there quickly and driver was great. Check in was fast. Our assigned room was on the 3rd floor and there were three trash cans in the middle of the hallway, or was full of vomit, the other two catching drips from the ceiling. The smell of marijuana permeated the hall and our room. I understand that MJ is legal in OH, but it stinks.. it was too late and I was too exhausted to complain. The room was fine but I was more than happy to check out

There was a severe leak in the shower and over half of the tv stations were unavailable. There were many small flying gnat like bugs in the room as well. Had to wait an hour to get into the room.

One of the worst customer service exp in 30 years of business travel. Room smelled so badly we could not stay and they offered us $20 for the trouble. Front desk staff was terrible and on duty manager no where to be found and not on property.

Quiet hotel, bed wasn't comfortable. Good location.

To be fair, we checked in right after a major storm had hit the area. The hotel lost the ability to make room keys. The young lady at check-in was very nice and helpful though she had to walk every person to their room to let them in. No other staff seemed to be around to help her and there was no service at the bar that evening or the next morning for coffee or breakfast. It was unfortunate that they had insufficient staff to help deal with the aftermath.

The room itself was clean, plenty of towels and very nice. We had a balcony which added to the appeal. The staff was amazing too, very friendly and helpful. The rest of the property was lackluster with one elevator being out of service over the course of the week, many dents in the hallways, the exterior doors not working with key cards and only being able to use the main entrance. Also the bistro was out of several items on their menu, and insanely overpriced. We ordered 2 glasses of prosecco, wings and an order of fries and it was $90. We spent a similar amount for full meals with an app and cocktails at a sit down restaurant the night before. I would stay here again, but these were some things I'd want other people to know when booking.
