Nothing We booked a King room and were given a Queen. They switched us to a King, but it was a dump! Definitely not worth $197 a night! The toilet paper dispenser was broken and I guess they didn’t want to spend the two dollars to get a new one. The bath tub was full of mold! The headboard was covered with gray stains and when my girlfriend cleaned it with a hand towel, it turned the towel black. The A/C unit rattled, unless you turned it to the very lowest setting. It was 90° that day. The coffee was lukewarm at breakfast and the biscuits and gravy and breakfast taquito were cold. When we handed in our key in the morning, the lady at the front desk was too busy with a personal phone call to even acknowledge us. I will never stay at Best Western again!

They cancelled my reservation and didn't call to tell me. I showed up and had no room! They done the same thing to the coworker that I was traveling with!

Location was ok The whole building was hot like the AC was not working. There were no chairs or tables in the pool area as well as no towels. The AC unit in 409 the cover was broken and was coming off if you bumped it. Bathroom in the pool area was out of service and the emergency door was broken and cracked open.

Location It is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hallway carpet literally stunk and was so dirty.

BATH TUB WAS NASTY! CUSHIONS ON THE COUCH WAS SO STAINED & DIRTY (ON BOTH SIDES) THAT I WOULD NOT SIT ON IT! SHEETS ON THE BED WERE TORN! THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I LIKED ABOUT THIS FACILITY! WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN & DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

Odd shaped room but good sized, there was a space that must have been used in past for something but I can’t imagine what! I liked the amenities-they were actual bottles of shampoo, etc. Bed pillows were terrible, they were simply throw pillow sized hardish blobs. My biggest complaint was the carpet. Most of the time I wear flip flops but occasionally I make a few steps barefoot. When I stepped into the shower I left BLACK footprints, totally disgusting. Carpet needs shampooing in the worst way.

The room was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Pictures are attached for clarification. Elevator was disgusting. Hallway carpet was also disgusting. Hallway and our room smelled like mold. The room was gross. We showered with our sandals/flip flops on. I imagine jail showers are probably cleaner than that shower was. We travel to the area a lot for travel ball, and I can assure you we won’t be staying here ever again. Definitely not worth the $320 we spent for the weekend.

Very nice hotel AC drips water, carpet was wet, roaches under I ce machine on 4th floor and Front Desk Clerk was unprofessional when I checked in.

No one available at front desk. Left a number to call says they are out on the property. Room was nasty. Definitely needs cosmetic work. Could not use overhead lights they kept flickering. Telephone not working. Refrigerator and microwave also too nasty to be used. Only thing positive about this property was it did have adequate breakfast.

The staffing were very helpful but during this stay I had to deal with roaches and I had to buy roach spray I was told I would be moved but was never moved until week of August 3-10 which is my current stay we had a water leak during my second week stay and now we are moved I has two pair of shoes that gotten wet and other items I had too wash them so two weeks of frustration

Hotel is not clean, very dirty carpets, elevator, and a dead roach in closet. Whole place needs refreshed badly.

The property was nice and close to several restaurants. I only gave 4 stars because I didn't get the room type I reserved. After I made it to the room and saw it wasn't what I reserved, I just stayed since it was only for one night.

My overall stay at this hotel was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the property overall was well-kept. The breakfast was also pretty good. The negatives was the tub was not properly cleaned. I saw mold and mildew under it so I was not able to take a relaxing bath. Also, the beds slept comfortably but were not accessible for customers with disabilities …they were too high for my elderly mom.
