La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Horn Lake / Southaven Area

I loved the location and the stuff was wonderful and kind. I didnt like the fact that my son and I saw cockroaches by the coffee station up by the front desk. That was disturbing to me. Your staff member killed it in front of us and cleaned it up. It was the same staff member who made the breakfast that morning and he also checked us out. He was very nice but I still did not like the fact there was cockroaches there by the coffee. Because if there are cockroaches by the coffee station then that means there are probably cockroaches by the food station that we cannot see. That made me not very hungry and when I got back to the table I couldn't eat. But besides that incident the room was great and the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and I was very impressed! The pool was very cold though lol. But the kids loved swimming on it lol.

Very disappointed in the quality of room and breakfast. Always had great stays at other locations this was below average!

I’m here for some months working and I’m very pleased with my stay… I’ve been here now abt 4 days and upon arrival I was greeted by the lady at the from desk she was very nice polite and helped me out tremendously my first night here. The lady this morning was really sweet as well who had to make my room key over. Ms Patel who I just spoke with about my stay here ongoing she was literally so sweet and helpful. I can honestly say I came stayed here same hotel years ago and it was the same way. That was my reason for coming back! I’m loving the convenience of everything around from food gas shopping and groceries this is the best location! And I’ve experienced nothing but good things staying here… THANK YOUUU to the front desk agent my day of arrival .. the front desk agent this morning and Ms Patel! THANK YOU LADIES FOR EVERYTHING…. ❤️

Let me tell you about the two ladies that was standing there when I checked in oh Lord, haven’t sent. I don’t know their name, but they had MAD people skills if I’m ever back that way that’s the place I’m gonna stay

The room was clean as well as the linen. The staff was amazing! I will definitely stay again. I did not dislike anything.
